Nice quality, fits well. Seller was quick to respond to messages. I asked for customization and only part of it was correct - but that's not a deal-breaker. I think I can remove the pockets I didn't want. There wasn't an exact color match for the orange-yellow interior of my blk empreinte LV OTG, but the light brown I went with is close enough. (The color difference isn't as obvious/drastic as it looks in the attached photo.) Overall good experience - very nicely made insert for the price.
