Wow! This item is even nicer than photo shows. I have had bad experiences dealing with merchants in China and was skeptical but Jenny was TERRIFIC! She answered my questions asap and made an insert for a Longchamp bag whose size was not listed. It came sooner than expected and has totally changed the way I will use my bag. Because insert is rigid it does change the shape of the bag but I expected that. I am delighted and will definitely be ordering more inserts for other bags. Thanks so much, Jenny!
