Seller was very easy to work with. The custom bag insert was EXACT to the dimensions I asked for. The bag insert fit PERFECTLY and is very high quality. Especially love the color which ended up turning out slightly more pink than beige, but I’m not mad at it. For the price, you’re not going to find a better (customizable) bag insert. The seller offers multiple designs to account for even more in depth personalization. I was able to choose the exact layout of the inside of the bag from the interior pockets to the zipped pouch, and the water bottle holder. Seriously, if you need a bag insert but can’t find any for the measurements you need, go with this one.
