I am very impressed by the quality, the fit and the style. I needed a simple design to help provide structure to my Hermes garden party 30 which has become quite floppy and misshapen overtime. This insert is a really nice quality, yet still lightweight. I like the simplicity of this design with no zippers, just a few pockets. The fit is perfect. Jenny helped me select the correct color to match the interior after I sent her pictures of my bag. It matches perfectly. I am definitely going to order again from this shop. I had ordered an insert off of Amazon previously for a different bag. The quality of this insert is so much better.
