Great customer service from the seller, I found the material of the item sent initially a little too hard (please note I did not know to select the soft option which is made in velvet) and was also a little tight for the Ophidia I have. I reached out to the seller and she promptly responded and suggested she can make another one in velvet and also will adjust the size slightly. I am very happy with the second item,it is exactly how I expected it and it fits my bag perfectly! Would highly recommend this seller!
