The insert fit my Garden Party 30 well and the compartments are very useful for keeping everything in place, making all my belongings easy to find. I especially like that the insert is tapered and wouldn’t push against my bag, causing a crease on the leather at the highest point of the insert. Many cheaper generic inserts on other sites aren’t tapered and would cause that issue.

I love it! Fits my Kelly 32 Retourne perfectly. I took a picture of the front and back of the bag to show that it doesn’t make the bag look boxy or show any dents. The quality is nice thicker felt, not flimsy. I recommend.

A good investment for your bag. Helps protect bag and helps to organise. Was dispatched immediately and arrived quickly. I don’t think this was custom made per measurements, however it fits well enough. Unfortunately even though I paid extra for custom measurements it’s a little wide for my handbag so I made some alterations to top corners so they would curve in slightly to protect the bag from developing a line at the edge. I asked for the laptop slot to fit a 15 inch laptop however it’s too thin. I’m just using the main compartment for my laptop.

I recently got two totes for a gift and I needed something so the things would not fall out and not just be all thrown together. It was custom-made to fit my custom-made organizer. The organizer feels and looks well made -- it also takes a while to ship and get to the US depending on where you are. Felt is fairly thick and can give a level of structure, I have a vintage bag that had no form because of the style of the time, but the organizer is able to give it a shape so it can also stand on its own. I'm fairly happy, though I feel people should keep in mind when measuring, you're going to get better results if you measure the inside of the bag and keep in mind of where you want the organizer to stop so it doesn't peek out of the opening of your purse or squeeze out the form. I'd measure the exact size of the interior and then dial is back a half inch or so for some leeway since the felt is quite thick. I think this is necessary especially for smaller purses.

Initial item was wrong size. Seller immediately sent out replacement. Replacement is wrong size again. Seller is very responsive. Goes the extra mile to make it right
