Customer Reviews

I order a size PM for my Palermo LV- works perfect! Beautifully made. Would buy again and I’ll be referring my friends! Thank you!

This purse organizer is made with high quality materials! It has so many pockets to keep all of my stuff. The color matches the interior perfectly. Definitely would get this product again for other purses! I love how it keeps my purse standing up straight with no kinks.

Happy with this purchase. Exactly what I was hoping for. Fits great in my LV MM. shipping took a little longer because of COVID delays, but it was worth it. Excellent customer service and quickly responded to my messages.

This is such a great company! Purchased a custom organizer for my vintage Gucci bag with unique dimensions. Fits perfectly; now it's ready to go! Thanks so much!

This insert is the right size for my Louis Vuitton GM Neverfull. It is 15 inches wide. I looked at inserts from Amazon which stated they were sized for the GM, but they were around 13 inches wide. The cherry color is rich and it washed well on a delicate cycle.

This is such a nicely made insert and helps my bag stand up! It took nearly a month to get here but wasn’t the sellers fault and is totally worth the wait.

Love this organizer !!!! I had been searching high and low for the perfect organizer to fit my Louis Vuitton Artsy MM. I’m thrilled to say- this was it! Shipping was right on time, and I can FINALLY find things in my artsy instead of rooting around. And the insert with the zip is awesome for things like keys or cash etc that you don’t want to be out in the open. Thank you Jenny!

Just received my insert for my neverfull gm. The fit is perfect! The shipping was a little delayed due to covid. No fault of the seller. I will say it’s exactly what I wanted and totally worth the wait!

Love how perfect it fits!

Jenny was lovely to deal with! Obviously there will be shipping delays due to a global PANDEMIC! But she will ensure you get your item. The Rose Ballerine colour matches my Neverfull well! Must have for light colour interiors! Xxx Thank you again Jenny!

I love it!I was looking for the organizer to keep my Celine’s bag shape! It works perfectly.Good quality and nice finish!I will definitely buy again for another bag.

This is my second insert I bought from JennyCrafts. Unfortunately, the second one I bought did not fit properly. I messaged the seller who was extremely quick to respond. She offered to make a new one for free with custom measurements, no questions ask. Customer service is amazing and the product is fantastic.

I love this organizer! The cherry red matched perfectly with the cherry lining in my LV. It helps give my bag a nice shape and keeps everything so beautifully organized! Highly recommend!

Just received my order and loved it!! Fast shipping great quality

Jenny was very responsive when I had concerns about the delay in my shipment. My item arrived as expected. I think the sizing could be a little better but it sold be fine.

Beautifully matches the interior of my LV Graceful PM. It is a snug fit so that nothing will slide around the edges of the organizer. Would highly recommend!

What an AMAZING product. I was worried that it would not be stiff enough to keep my Neverfull GM standing straight up but boy was I wrong! It made my bag even more beautiful on the inside. Thanks Jenny!!

I’m so happy I bought this organizer for my LV bag. It not only helps keep my thing’s beautifully organized but it also gives my bag a more structured look. Now there’s a place for everything I carry in my bag and can easily find my items.

I absolutely love this organizer. It turned my bag from the black vortex of lost stuff to a joy to carry. I highly recommend!

Color matches the lining of my bag and it’s perfect fit! Worth the wait!

I order 2 of these and they are perfect! Just as described. I will def order again!

Great quality and fast shipping came before the expected delivery date.

This shipped quickly and perfectly met my expectations! It helps keep the shape of my bag, but also allows for organization rather than just “open and dump everything into the bag and hope I can easily find it later.”
