This is a great product! Of course it did take a few weeks to receive the product because I provided customized measurements, but that was it. I ordered the dark gray so I could use it with other bags of other colors, and hide potential stains. The measurements I gave were for a height just below the snap since I probably would not use the pockets in my bag. The felt organizer is sturdy and structured. I do not know if it will relax after repeated use. Regardless, it fits my Rockstud Tote perfectly and will protect the interior. Love this purse organizer! Thank you! :)
