What a fab solution! Quality is excellent and Jenny answers my many questions!! One thing to note is I thought the insert would be a bit taller to cover my laptop, this was my fault for not flagging when I customized it. However after using it I think having it any taller would have been an annoyance to closing the bag. Highly recommend. Also I paid for the speedier delivery and got super quick delivery to Dubai!
